Frequently asked questions
How do I use the sleep timer?
Tap the moon icon in the player to set a sleep timer. The audio fades out gently when the timer ends, so it never jolts you awake.
How do I change the background music?
Tap the music note icon in the player to reach the ambient sounds. You can adjust the volume there or turn the background track off completely.
How do I restore my Premium subscription?
Go to Profile → Restore Purchases. Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions to change or cancel.
Why won’t stories load?
Check that you have an internet connection, then pull down on the Library screen to refresh. If it keeps happening, close the app completely and reopen it — and if that still doesn’t fix it, email us.
